Two days of meetings with experts, an intensive lecture program and broadcasts from the operating room, which attracted the greatest attention of participants – that is how the 3rd International Congress of the Polish Society of Plastic Gynecology unfolded. The event took place on 18–19 September 2026 in Warsaw, in a Masterclass format. A total of 15 procedures were performed during the congress.
Warsaw became the meeting place for an international group of specialists in plastic and reconstructive gynecology. Invited experts shared their experience, guiding participants through successive items on the program – from surgical demonstrations to lectures devoted to complex clinical problems. The two days of the congress combined the perspective of various centers with a practical view of a physician’s everyday work.
The live broadcasts of procedures from the operating room attracted the greatest interest. The ability to follow the successive stages of procedures gave the Masterclass format particular educational value. The demonstrations included, among others, labiaplasty techniques, vaginoplasty and perineoplasty, as well as procedures used in the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause and stress urinary incontinence. A total of 15 procedures performed provided a broad overview of different surgical approaches.
The lectures expanded on the issues addressed during the broadcasts. The focus was on the safety of labiaplasty, reconstruction after complications, diagnosis of vulvar dermatoses, and management of patients after oncological treatment. Presentations by Red Alinsod, Dan mon O’Dey, and Dulce Henriques introduced various approaches to surgery and reconstruction of intimate areas. The juxtaposition of surgical techniques with diagnostic and therapeutic problems showed how many clinical decisions lie behind each procedure.
From the first surgical session to the final presentations, the congress maintained an intensive, practical character. The common denominator of the meeting was the exchange of experience, with emphasis on precision of management and the individual needs of patients.
