III International Congress of PTGP 2026 – World-Class Experts and Live Surgeries in the New Masterclass Format

On 18–19 September 2026, Warsaw will host the III International Congress of the Polish Society of Plastic Gynecology (PSPG), which this year will adopt an innovative Masterclass format, focusing on direct learning through live broadcasts of surgical procedures. Ten renowned speakers from Poland and abroad will lead two-day workshops, during which participants will be able to follow the full course of thirteen different procedures – from the first incision to the final result.

The New Masterclass Format: Practice Over Theory

This year’s edition of the Congress of the Polish Society of Plastic Gynecology will be held in the Masterclass format, which, according to the organizers, is designed to maximize the practical value of the training. In contrast to traditional conferences based on lectures, participants will have the opportunity to observe full surgical procedures broadcast live from the operating theatre. This solution allows attendees to follow the successive stages of the procedure – from patient preparation, through individual phases of the surgery, to the final outcome and discussion of the technique and decisions made by the operator. According to the organizers, this format significantly increases participant engagement and enables the acquisition of practical aspects of procedures that cannot be conveyed during a conventional lecture.

Congress Program: Thirteen Live Surgeries and Seventeen Video Lectures

The program of the two-day event covers a broad spectrum of topics in plastic and reconstructive gynecology. Participants will be able to observe thirteen procedures broadcast live, including labiaplasty performed using various techniques, vaginal and perineal plasty, reconstructions after failed procedures, treatment of stress urinary incontinence and vaginal laxity syndrome. The program also includes modern regenerative therapies utilizing platelet-rich plasma, hyaluronic acid, energy-based technologies, and autologous fat transfer. In addition, advanced reconstructive procedures concerning the clitoral hood and glans, treatment of lichen sclerosus, postpartum injuries, and scar revision surgery have been scheduled. The surgical sessions will be complemented by seventeen video lectures, during which experts will discuss the most challenging clinical cases and the latest solutions used in plastic and reconstructive gynecology.

International Faculty of Experts

A significant advantage of the congress is its international faculty of lecturers. The speakers include renowned specialists representing leading global centres specializing in plastic and reconstructive gynecology. The organizers and scientific leaders of the event are Piotr Kolczewski, MD, and Rafał Kuźlik, MD, Co-Chairs of the Board of the Polish Society of Plastic Gynecology. The list of speakers also includes Polish and international experts: Prof. Małgorzata Kołodziejczak, MD; Agnieszka Nalewczyńska, MD; Karina Barszczewska, MD;  Małgorzata Uchman-Musielak, MD; as well as Maria Papadopolous, MD (United Kingdom); Ozgur Leylek, MD (Turkey); Tinatin Tomadze, MD (Georgia); Dan mon O’Dey, MD (Germany); Dulce Henriquez, MD (Brazil); Red Alinsod, MD (USA); Julia Maksimov, MD (Russia) and Nabil Elmahdawi, MD (UK). Lectures and sessions will be conducted in English with simultaneous translation into Polish, enabling full participation for both Polish and international physicians.

Practical Education and Continuing Education Credits

The organizers emphasize that the new Masterclass format responds to the growing expectations of physicians seeking education based primarily on practice. Direct observation of surgeries, the opportunity to discuss with operators, and analysis of the full course of procedures allow participants to acquire knowledge that can be applied in daily clinical practice. Participation in the congress has been accredited with 16 continuing education credits. The event will take place on 18–19 September 2026 at the Hotel AirPort Warsaw and will be the only congress in Central and Eastern Europe dedicated to plastic gynecology delivered in such an extensive format of practical workshops with live broadcasts of surgical procedures. Details regarding registration and participation options (onsite or online) are available on the official congress website: ptgp.eu/kongres-2026.
