Dr. n. med. Piotr Kolczewski, head of the Department of Operative Gynecology at the 109th Military Hospital in Szczecin in 2010-2013 and consultant at the Hospital of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin in 2014-2019.
For over 20 years, he has been involved in surgical activities encompassing urogynecology, plastic gynecology, and gynecologic oncology. In 2017, he was elected Vice President and in 2021 President of the Polish Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Gynecology.
He has trained numerous physicians in the field of uro- and plastic gynecology during numerous workshops. His experience is evidenced not only by thousands of performed surgeries but also by his participation as a speaker and surgical trainer at congresses and training courses around the world.
Dr. Kolczewski is a co-author of the Polish textbook “Plastic Gynecology – Minimally Invasive Techniques”, a co-author of the textbook “Aesthetic Gynecology Rejuvenation” and a scientific editor of the translation of the Polish version of the textbook “Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery of the Female Genital Organs” by M. Goodman.
Dr Kolczewski is also the author of the world’s first scientific paper on the use of “HIFU/MFU in functional gynecology Micro-Focused Ultrasound Therapy in Patients with Urogenital Atrophy and Vaginal Laxity”. Currently, Dr Kolczewski runs his own plastic gynecology clinic Esthegyn and is a consultant at the Clinic of Reconstructive Gynecology and Gynecological Oncology of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin.
