- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the statutory activities of PTGP based on its Statute and legal provisions, and for training purposes.
- Your personal data resulting from the submitted membership declaration will be processed for the period of your membership in the Association and after your membership terminates for the period necessary to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, as well as to establish and pursue any claims.
- Your personal data will not be shared with other entities, except for entities providing us with tax and accounting services, legal assistance, training, and entities authorized under the law.
- Access to your data will be granted to individuals authorized by the Controller to process it as part of their official duties.
- You have the right to access your data and (subject to legal provisions): the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
