A one-day, fully practical training dedicated to gynecologists who want to enhance their competencies in the most advanced procedures of aesthetic gynecology performed in an office-based setting. The workshop will be led by two outstanding plastic surgeons – international lecturers, textbook authors, and experienced surgical trainers. They will share a unique approach, proven protocols, proprietary techniques, and details you won’t find in standard training materials.
Participants work on four models, in an intimate group of 5–6 physicians, which ensures intensive learning and direct exposure to operative techniques. The workshop focuses on practice, procedure safety, and achieving consistent, predictable results.

1. Theoretical introduction

Surgical anatomy of the labia minora and majora.

Volumetric anatomy of the vulva – key relationships.

Surgical anatomy of the perineum and vagina.

Local anesthesia in plastic gynecology: superficial and deep techniques.

Application of surgical radiofrequency in plastic gynecology.

Discussion of the instrumentation, sutures, and preparation of the surgical field.

Labiaplasty and hoodoplasty

Topographic wedge labiaplasty with hoodoplasty – Piotr Kolczewski’s proprietary technique.

Labiaplasty and hoodoplasty using the “One Cut” method – Rafał Kuźlik’s proprietary technique.
Vaginoperineoplasty – proprietary approaches

VP using Rafał Kuźlik’s own method (in selected cases combined with levatoroplasty).

Reversed vaginoplasty – Piotr Kolczewski’s proprietary technique.
Upon request, the physician may come with their own model after prior telephone arrangement with Saskamed.
