RULES OF USE OF THE WWW.PTGP.EU WEBSITE
By using the website of the Polish Society of Plastic Gynecology Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Portal,” you agree to the terms of use set forth in these terms. If you do not accept the terms below, you are not authorized to use the Portal. Therefore, please read these terms of use carefully.
I. General provisions
1. The Portal is provided by the Polish Society of Plastic Gynecology Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. …………., entered into the register of entrepreneurs by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number ……………, Tax Identification Number (NIP): …………, hereinafter referred to as “PTGP”.
2. These rules define the terms of use of the Portal.
II. Intellectual Property Rights
1. The content of websites and materials presented on the Portal is subject to copyright and is protected under the provisions of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 80, item 904, as amended).
2. No part of the Portal may be reproduced, published, or otherwise publicly used without the written consent of PTGP. Any printing, copying, or other use may only be for personal and non-commercial use.
3. Trade names, names of medicinal products or other individualising signs, including graphic ones, placed on the Portal constituting protected trademarks are subject to protection under the provisions of the Act of 30 June 2000 – Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 119, item 1117, as amended), and any use thereof may only take place with the prior written consent of the authorised persons.
III. Rules for using the Portal.
1. The content contained on the Portal is for informational purposes only and cannot be considered as any consultation, nor can it be treated as any form of recommendation.
2. The information posted on the Portal does not constitute an offer to provide services or an offer to sell any products by PTGP.
3. Information posted on the Portal may be changed without notice at any time.
4. PTGP does not verify content posted by Portal Users and is not responsible for such content. PTGP may, at its sole discretion, remove any content submitted by Users at any time.
IV. Disclaimer.
1. The information and opinions contained in the Portal have been collected or developed by PTGP in good faith and based on sources considered reliable, however, under no circumstances shall PTGP be liable for the reliability, completeness or timeliness of the information and opinions posted on the Portal.
2. PTGP shall not be liable for any damage resulting from access to the Portal and the actions of third parties, as well as for any damage resulting from downloading or using materials found on the Portal’s pages, or caused by computer system errors, viruses or e-mail communication.
3. PTGP is not responsible for the content posted on websites and services linked to on the Portal. Links to websites and services provided by PTGP do not imply that PTGP endorses such websites or services, or any products or services presented by third parties.
4. PTGP shall not be liable for any damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of materials posted on the Portal or for the content of correspondence of Portal Users.
5. PTGP does not guarantee that the Portal will be available without interruption. PTGP is not liable for any damages resulting from interruptions in access to the Internet and the Portal, computer system errors caused by viruses, or email communication.
V. PTK Rights
PTGP reserves the right to:
a) editing, deleting, changing the appearance and/or content or changing the functioning of the Portal at any time without giving a reason,
b) refuse to post commercial information without giving a reason,
c) blocking the use of all or selected services of the Portal.
VI. User Obligations
1. The User undertakes to use the services offered on the Portal in accordance with applicable Polish law, social and moral norms, the provisions of these terms and conditions, and the rules of Internet etiquette (Netiquette). In particular, the User undertakes to:
a) not posting pornographic or vulgar materials, as well as materials or content inciting racial, ethnic, religious, etc. hatred or promoting violence,
b) not to take any actions that may in any way disrupt or affect the functioning of the Portal,
c) not posting advertising materials.
VII. Privacy Policy.
Persons using the Portal remain anonymous until they decide otherwise.
VIII. Information about cookies.
1. The Portal uses cookies to provide services and content tailored to the individual needs and interests of its Users.
2. Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a server on the User’s computer, which the server can read when reconnecting from that computer. Cookies cannot be read only by the PTGP web server.
3. The user can configure their web browser to inform them when cookies are being sent or to prevent the sending of cookies altogether.
4. Disabling cookies in your browser will not prevent you from using the Portal, but may cause difficulties in use.
5. Cookies are used in particular to store the User’s password to access a specific website, so that the User does not have to re-enter this information each time he or she uses the website.

1. PTGP reserves the right to make changes to the Portal and modify the information posted at any time and without prior notice.
2. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the relevant provisions of law shall apply.
