Dr. Red M. Alinsod, M.D., FACOG, FACS is a pioneering cosmetic urogynecologist, internationally recognized educator, and innovator in aesthetic vulvovaginal surgery.
With over 30 years of teaching experience, Dr. Alinsod has trained thousands of physicians worldwide through his groundbreaking international programs that uniquely integrate pelvic reconstructive and aesthetic principles. He founded and directed the Alinsod Institute for Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery and Gynflix (his premier online e-learning platform). He also established the Congress on Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery (CAVS) in 2006 — the oldest and longest-running dedicated congress in the field — now incorporated into the International Society for Cosmetogynecology (ISCG), where he holds honorary Fellow status. He has presented his techniques globally and served as faculty for master courses and major societies.

He co-edited the seminal textbook Female Cosmetic Genital Surgery: Concepts, Classification and Technique.
